Job summary

Siepe in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated collateral administration specialist to support CLO, private credit, and structured finance clients. You will handle daily reconciliation, trade settlements, and reporting, working with data-driven processes and vendor platforms.

Join our operations team to contribute to accuracy, compliance testing, and client deliverables while coordinating with global teams across US and Europe in non-standard hours to align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Up to two years in financial services is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Office skills.
• Ability to leverage AI to boost productivity.
• Detail-oriented with data interpretation skills.
• Interest in structured credit and CLOs.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily reconciliation of cash and loan trades.
• Settle trades and verify trade bookings.
• Prepare cash reports and deliverables on time.
• Review asset data and client positions for accuracy.
• Assist with queries from collateral managers and auditors.
• Develop models and reports for borrowing base and waterfall compliance.
