Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer relations, customer support or education.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Patient, empathetic and committed to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to parents’ enquiries, concerns, complaints, and suggestions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students through consistent communication.
• Contact parents to follow up on outstanding matters and keep them informed of progress and resolutions.
• Update and maintain accurate records of parent interactions and concerns using the school’s CRM system.
• Contribute to student retention by identifying parents’ needs, addressing challenges, and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Organise parent engagement initiatives, gather feedback, and conduct follow-up calls to strengthen relationships.
• Provide assistance with school-related services, including transportation, learning materials, and uniforms.
• Facilitate the enrolment process for new students and assist with parent induction and orientation sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, academic teams, and other departments to address student concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Participate in school functions, programmes, and activities that encourage parent involvement and strengthen the school community.
