Job summary

Regent International School is seeking an Admissions Counselor to engage with prospective families, manage enquiries, and guide applicants through the enrollment process. You will collaborate with Marketing and Academic teams to meet enrollment targets and coordinate events such as Open Houses and tours.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years in admissions or customer-facing roles with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in admissions, education, customer service, sales, student services, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks effectively.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and professional in dealing with parents, students, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective student enquiries and provide timely and professional responses through various communication channels.
• Guide parents and students through application, documentation, assessment, and enrollment procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and parent information in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with prospective families to support successful enrollment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective parents and provide personalized assistance based on their needs.
• Support the planning and coordination of Open Houses, school tours, orientation programmes, parent engagement activities, and other admissions events.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Academic teams to support student recruitment and enrollment initiatives.
• Monitor and follow up on leads from online and offline sources.
• Provide regular updates and feedback on prospective student enquiries, lead conversion, and enrollment activities.
• Keep informed about education market developments, competitor activities, and trends that may impact student recruitment.
• Ensure all admissions activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Admissions Counselor to join our team at Regent International School.
