Job summary

Cyberjaya Education Center seeks an Education Counsellor to engage with school counsellors, manage prospective student pipelines, and coordinate communications among stakeholders in local and international markets. You will support digital recruitment, participate in education fairs and outreach events, and help implement recruitment strategies while tracking leads and conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Malay.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel and have own transport.
• Experience in student recruitment or higher education marketing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with school counsellors and agents; provide updates, product knowledge and training.
• Handle inquiries via email, calls, online consultations and digital platforms.
• Support students through applications, visas and enrollment processes.
• Track leads, conversions and campaign performance; report on results.
• Represent the institution at education fairs, virtual events and school visits.
• Assist in market expansion planning with insights into opportunities.
• Support strategy execution, data reporting and lead management.
