Job summary

Bybit is seeking a highly driven Global Campaign Lead to own the strategy and execution of global campaigns across the platform. This role requires deep understanding of crypto markets, exchange products, trading users, and user lifecycle, with strong market sense across TradFi and global assets.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams including Product, Growth, Brand, BD, Data, and Regions to deliver complex global initiatives, measure impact, and optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, campaign ops, or related roles.
• Proven experience with user lifecycle activation, engagement, retention.
• Deep crypto industry knowledge and trading mechanics.
• Active trading experience and appetite to explore products.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills in work context.

Responsibilities

• Own global campaigns end-to-end from strategy to performance review.
• Lead platform initiatives: trading contests, product launches, asset campaigns.
• Build lifecycle-based strategies: activation, engagement, retention, cross-sell.
• Identify opportunities from market moves and user behavior to campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Brand, Data, and regional teams.
• Measure impact on active traders, volume, revenue, and adoption.
• Lead the Global Campaign team and improve execution efficiency.
