Bybit Limited is seeking a Principal/Lead Crypto Capital Risk Engineer to build risk controls for deposit, withdrawal and on-chain fund operations. You will design strategies, implement a risk decision engine, and collaborate across wallet, asset and security teams.

You should have 5+ years in backend/risk control, strong Go/Node.js skills, and deep knowledge of blockchain wallet tech and security mechanisms. This is a leadership role in a fast-growing global platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Go or Node.js and high-concurrency architecture.
• Experience with public blockchains (Ethereum/Bitcoin/BSC) and on-chain querying.
• 5+ years in risk control development in internet/finance/blockchain/payments.
• Understanding of fund security, signing mechanisms, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Build risk control capabilities for deposit/withdrawal and on-chain fund operations.
• Design and implement transaction risk control strategies and pipeline validation.
• Develop a risk control decision engine with rule engines and decision trees.
• Collaborate with wallet, asset and security teams to improve system security and stability.
