Job summary

Return Helper is seeking an entry-level Business Development Coordinator to support daily account operations and client onboarding for a diverse portfolio of international clients. You will work closely with the Regional Business Development Manager, ensuring smooth service delivery and rigorous data review.

You will monitor account activity, assist with invoicing, and help drive client adoption while maintaining high professional standards and a client-first mindset in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client operations, commercial support, or business administration.
• Experience in a fast-growing tech startup, e-commerce company, or regional customer success team is highly advantageous.
• Strong professional English communication; Mandarin or European language skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client-facing contact for day-to-day operational queries and service execution.
• Lead client onboarding workflows for all new accounts.
• Maintain accurate account records in Salesforce and other CRMs; prepare weekly performance and revenue reports.
• Identify account health risks and opportunities for expansion or upsell.
• Coordinate across teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
• Manage client contracts and invoicing in alignment with finance, and keep meeting notes and action logs organized.
