Job summary

Infobip APAC is seeking a Business Analytics Associate to bridge data and strategy. You’ll analyze revenue trends, pricing, profitability, and customer performance while collaborating with finance, product, and sales teams to drive regional growth.

You’ll develop dashboards, perform ROI analyses, and support pricing decisions, while promoting data-driven insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data visualization.
• Experience with BI/analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work with large datasets.
• Background in business analytics, financial analysis, data analytics, or related field.
• Ability to leverage AI and data analytics to support business insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin/Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Understand report data requirements by consulting with senior analysts and stakeholders.
• Understand various data sources within the organization including how the data is aggregated and visualized.
• Extract the needed data using appropriate tools.
• Monitor and report on business performance and financial impact of strategic projects, including tracking projects, accounts, and suppliers with margins.
• Assess overall financial performance, identify discrepancies from projections, and provide insights to optimize outcomes.
• Collect and document business and technical information for large customer deals and supplier deals.
• Gather information from resources to stay updated on product releases and features.
• Proactively use internal tools to gather information and turn it into insights.
