SEEK is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, APAC BI, to drive analytics across the APAC region. You will design and manage dashboards, compile monthly performance packs, and partner with cross-functional teams to turn data into strategic actions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analysis or strategy, strong statistical acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proficiency with SQL, Databricks and Tableau will help you deliver actionable insights from complex data.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in analysis, strategy or research-related roles.
• Strong familiarity with statistical methods.
• Collaborative mindset focused on end-to-end results.
• Experienced in strategy or research projects with defined objectives and outcomes.
• PASSION for delivering impactful insights and asking ‘why?’
• Good intellect with an interest in customer behaviour, loyalty and satisfaction.
• Track record as an insights partner beyond data/reporting.
• Experience tackling difficult analytics questions and delivering actionable insights.
• Business-oriented recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, measure, analytics and report APAC metrics to guide decisions.
• Design, build, and manage real-time dashboards (Tableau) and monthly performance reports.
• Deliver accurate, actionable insights.
• Communicate data-driven insights to support key decisions.
• Participate in KPI setting and development of strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
• Gather internal and external data to create insights and dashboards for planning and sales.
• Monitor progress against targets and ensure data accuracy across analyses.
