Job summary

Alcon, a global leader in eye care, is seeking a Benefits Associate to deliver Tier-1 support for employee benefits across countries. You will handle enrollments, life events, deductions, and inquiries, partnering with Payroll, Global Benefits COE, and vendors to ensure timely service and accurate data.

You'll maintain benefits records, assist with annual enrollments, and support reporting, compliance, and process improvements while upholding privacy and control standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service or HR operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a global service delivery environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems and case management tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier-1 contact for employee benefits inquiries and service requests.
• Process benefit enrollments, life events, status changes, terminations, and updates.
• Coordinate data exchanges between HR, Payroll, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Perform reconciliations of census, enrollments, invoices, and premiums.
• Support retirement and pension plan administration activities.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and compliant.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
