Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve blocked and incomplete orders.
• Administer billing to ensure orders are invoiced.
• Maintain tables and data accuracy for listings and restrictions.
• Provide back-up for iDOC monitoring and resolve Order-To-Invoice errors.
• Generate customer experience improvements for pharmacies and all customers.
• Support sales reps and channel partners in processing orders and returns.
• Provide metrics and reports to the Sales team.
• Coordinate testing for enhancements and process improvements.
