Job summary

TECH STAR GLOBAL SDN. BHD. seeks an E‑Commerce & Digital Operation Executive to manage international B2B platforms, optimise product listings and handle overseas enquiries. You will support sales leads, quotations and export activities while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in B2B/e‑commerce, with familiarity in export processes, Incoterms and multilingual communications. Proficient English and Chinese are essential for global partner interactions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in International Business, E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Pharmaceutical-related studies or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, e‑commerce, international trade or a related field is preferred.
• Familiar with B2B international trade and export processes, including customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, order confirmation, payment, shipping and delivery coordination.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, international payment terms, logistics and export procedures will be an added advantage.
• Experience using international B2B e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba.com is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken, for communication with international and Chinese-speaking customers and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of international B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Upload, maintain and optimise product listings, descriptions, specifications, images and related information.
• Handle enquiries from local and international customers.
• Follow up on sales leads, RFQs, quotations and potential business opportunities.
• Communicate and build relationships with overseas buyers, distributors and business partners.
• Support international sales and export-related activities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, product information, company profiles and sales materials.
• Coordinate product information, pricing, availability and documentation with internal teams and suppliers.
• Assist with pharmaceutical and healthcare product information and related documentation.
• Maintain customer and sales records using different business systems.
• Operate multiple e‑commerce, CRM, communication and digital platforms.
• Monitor enquiries, leads and sales opportunities and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Conduct online research on potential customers, markets, products and international business opportunities.
• Assist with digital marketing and online promotional activities when required.
• Prepare sales and e‑commerce performance reports.
• Learn and adapt to new systems, platforms and AI/digital tools used by the company.
• Perform other e‑commerce, international sales and digital operation duties as assigned.
