CANNING MACHINERY SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking a Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Executive to strengthen its digital presence in Malaysia. The role covers managing digital campaigns, social media, online content and e‑commerce, coordinating with China teams for marketing materials.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and has 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce, with proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 1–2 years in digital marketing/e-commerce/social media; IT/digital literacy advantageous.
• Proficient in Mandarin; strong English and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken.
• Familiar with social media platforms and e-commerce platforms; Canva proficiency.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills; creative and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing activities and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content like product posts, videos, demos and other materials.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, product listings and customer enquiries.
• Promote company products to the Malaysian market.
• Coordinate with China-based teams for photos, videos, catalogues and specs.
• Translate Mandarin content into English or Bahasa Malaysia content.
• Use Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google tools and other digital platforms.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Work with sales to support product enquiries and lead generation.
• Monitor performance and prepare management reports.
