Job summary

AG Staffing Malaysia seeks an Export Sales Manager to drive international growth in the automotive parts & accessories sector. You will lead export strategy, pricing, forecasting, and distributor management, while developing the export sales team to achieve sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Export Sales, International Sales, or similar commercial roles.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership position, preferably exporting teams.
• Proven track record in export growth, market expansion, distributor management and key accounts.
• Strong experience in pricing, negotiations, forecasting, budgeting and profitability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and motivate a sales team.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration across departments and external partners.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on measurable growth and outcomes.
• Good understanding of export processes, international trade, logistics and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Export Sales Strategy & Business Planning with annual targets by country and product.
• Manage sales budget, monitor performance, identify gaps and implement actions.
• Market Expansion & New Business Development in ASEAN, GCC and other regions.
• Develop distributors and strategic accounts with pricing, promotions and coverage.
• Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning in coordination with production and supply chain.
• New Product Development & Market Coverage to address gaps and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, rebates, and promotional support.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report to management.
• Team Leadership & Capability Development with KPIs and performance reviews.
• Customer relationship management and periodic overseas market visits.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment, shipments, and resolution of issues with cross-functional teams.
