AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing to drive business expansion across Malaysia, Singapore, and broader Asian markets.

Based in Tanjung Pelepas, you will lead end-to-end commercial operations, steer market penetration strategies, and build robust distributor networks. The role targets a results-oriented sales professional with deep B2B export experience in the food manufacturing sector, with mobility for international engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven B2B export sales experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience with cocoa, chocolate, or edible oils & fats is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to enter new regional territories and expand market share.
• Onboard, cultivate, and manage country distributors, regional agents, and key B2B accounts.
• Analyze market trends and profitability to guide commercial strategy and product launches.
• Develop monthly action plans for direct reports and manage sales/marketing targets.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and production to meet regulatory and customer standards.
