Alphv Recruit is seeking an IT infrastructure support specialist based in Kuala Lumpur to provide L1 customer support and assist project deployments. The role involves remote and on-site duties across enterprise environments, with opportunities to work on upcoming AI infrastructure initiatives.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in IT support, basic Linux/LAN/Wireless knowledge, and willingness to travel overseas for extended assignments.

Formación

• 2–3 years of IT infrastructure support or related role.
• Foundational knowledge of Linux, LAN, wireless and firewall technologies.
• Basic troubleshooting and familiarity with network infrastructure, Fortinet exposure preferred.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Willing to travel overseas and undertake extended on-site assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Handle L1 customer support remotely and on-site, including troubleshooting and ticket management.
• Perform infrastructure maintenance and preventive maintenance for enterprise customers.
• Assist senior engineers with project implementation, deployment and testing.
• Maintain customer support records and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Reports directly to the Team Lead and collaborates with L2/L3 engineers.
