Job summary

Good International Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Programme Coordinator for our International School in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. This full-time role supports the delivery of high-quality academic and extracurricular activities, ensuring exceptional student services and smooth operations after school programs.

You will coordinate external vendors, work with the academic team, manage programme logistics and act as the main point of contact for parents and students during after-school sessions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in student services, programme coordination or educational administration.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay and/or Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date on monthly student data and day to day sign-ups
• Provide data and work closely with the other departments such as finance and student services
• Inform management of resources and support required for an optimal learning environment
• Be the point of contact for parents and students when after school programmes are in session
• Maintain comprehensive programme records, documentation and databases to track student progress and programme metrics
• Manage student and staff logistics
• Liaise with external vendors
