Job summary

Hkis Education Sdn Bhd in Kota Kemuning, Selangor is seeking a proactive enrolment coordinator to be the main contact for prospective families and guide them through the enrolment journey.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media; conduct campus tours; follow up on leads; and coordinate with finance and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.

Responsibilities

• Handle prospective parent enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Conduct personalized campus tours and consultations for prospective students and their parents.
• Follow up on leads and guide families through the enrolment process across channels.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events such as Open Days, education fairs, and campus info sessions.
• Maintain and update prospective student leads and follow-up records in the CRM or database system.
• Meet assigned individual and team student enrolment targets.
• Process student enrolment paperwork, registration files, and admission documents accurately.
• Coordinate with finance and academic to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
• Maintain student records, update filing systems, and prepare weekly/monthly sales and enrolment reports.
• Handle general front-desk duties, incoming messages/calls, and routine office administrative tasks.
