Job summary

You will respond promptly to enquiries, conduct campus tours, follow up on leads, and assist in coordinating recruitment events. You will maintain records and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding of new students.

Qualifications

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
• Conduct personalized campus tours and consultations for prospective students and their parents.
• Follow up on leads and guide families through the enrolment process across all communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Help with recruitment events such as Open Days and campus info sessions.
• Maintain and update prospective student leads and follow-up records in the CRM or database system.
• Meet enrolment targets set for individuals and teams.
• Process enrolment paperwork, registration files, and admission documents accurately.
• Coordinate with finance and academic to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
• Maintain student records, filing systems, and prepare weekly/monthly enrolment reports.
• Handle general front-desk duties, incoming messages/calls, and routine office tasks.
