• Experience in Accounts Payable within a medium-to-large organisation
• Strong understanding of PTP processes and high-volume transaction processing
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, MS Dynamics) and good Excel skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Organised with problem-solving mindset and collaborative

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end AP processes including invoice validation, matching, coding and posting
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure data integrity
• Oversee payment runs and adherence to cashflow requirements
• Perform AP aging analysis and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end/year-end close and audit documentation
• Collaborate with procurement, operations and offshore finance teams
