ib vogt in Malaysia is hiring an AP Specialist to manage accounts payable and support staff in the Accounting Department. You will process payable transactions, ensure timely payments and maintain accurate documentation in the ERP system.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting and 2–5 years in AP/AR shared services, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. This role offers a dynamic, international environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 2–5 years in AP/AR Share Services Center.
• Proven ERP implementation or usage experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process routine AP transactions and postings.
• Ensure on-time payment of supplier invoices and reimbursements.
• Coordinate collections from customers and maintain aged payables.
• Record transactions accurately in ERP with supporting documents.
• Support month-end processes with journal entries and docs.
• Report aged payables and provide ad hoc reporting.
• Identify improvements to AP/AR processes.
