Job summary

You will join a vibrant, global team, receive comprehensive training, and participate in 24x7 support with weekend and holiday shifts. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and problem-solving across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Four year degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Aptitude for providing excellent customer service including clear communication, problem solving and technical writing in English.
• Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented and willingness to travel for training.
• Experience with Storage Area Network and related software products.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level, remote technical support to Hitachi Vantara customers and field teams.
• Assist in resolving hardware/software configuration problems and technical inquiries.
• Manage cases, escalate when needed, and communicate status to management.
• Collaborate with customers, peers and leaders in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
• Document problems and solutions for the Knowledge Base and contribute to trainings.
