DHI Malaysia, a global leader in water and environment, is seeking a Team Lead, General Ledger Accountant to oversee GL operations within our Asia/Pacific Excellence Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

You will lead a team of GL accountants, ensure timely month-end close, maintain strong internal controls, and drive standardisation and automation across finance processes while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across our global organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and professional qualification preferred.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading GL/R2R in a global or SSC/GBS environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee GL transactions, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of GL Accountants ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate audits, ensure compliance and internal controls.
• Drive process standardisation, automation, and improvements.
