Air Liquide Malaysia is seeking a Team Lead for General Ledger to manage a dedicated team across APAC affiliates, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and driving process optimization.

The role emphasizes journal reviews, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, multinational Finance team. Hybrid work arrangement with MRT access and extensive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years in SSC/GBS finance & accounting.
• Minimum 4 people managed; proven leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

Mansioni

• Conduct journal reviews and ensure proper supporting documentation.
• Verify IRIS reporting; ensure statements and comments are accurate.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and item justification.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity with timely adjustments.
• Perform internal control activities per group policies.
• Support audits with prepared workings and commentaries.
• Lead centralization reporting and drive process improvements.
• Provide finance process leadership for SEA portfolio.
• Guide ad-hoc journals, cost allocations, and supplier invoices.
