Job summary

Palm Mach is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales force in Malaysia. The role requires driving revenue growth, mentoring a high-performing team, and building solid relationships with customers and suppliers.

You will analyze market trends, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage budgets to maximize profitability while expanding brand awareness across Malaysia and Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and 5 years or more experiences in sales management and success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia and Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
