Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to drive growth across Southeast Asia. The role requires building client relationships, designing market strategies, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and travel as needed to close opportunities, with Mandarin fluency preferred and English/Bahasa Malaysia as advantages.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum5 years of relevant experiencein a similar sales and marketing position, with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. Good command written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be added advantage.
• Proficient inMicrosoft Officeand general computer applications.
• Aself-starterwho is proactive, independent, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills with good discipline and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellentcommunication, negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Demonstratesintegrity, loyalty, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new markets, business opportunities, and customers, particularly within Southeast Asia.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations and proposals where required, andfollow up on sales leadsto convert opportunities into business.
• Conduct market research and monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new prospects through telephone, email, and face-to-face engagement.
• Plan and coordinate customer visits, meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
• Prepare and deliver professionalcompany and product presentationsto customers and prospects.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and excellent customer service.
• Be willing totravel locally and overseaswhen required.
