Qualifications

• Diploma with 5+ years in sales management.
• Proven sales leadership and track record.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Experience in agricultural machinery preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, principals, and suppliers
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Parts & Service team to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
• Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses to optimize resource allocation and maximize profitability.
• To do planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events and road shows or develop awareness of main brands.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma and 5 years or more experiences in sales management and success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia and Indonesia
• Strong and convincing personality with proven sales records
