• Strong understanding of equipment specifications, applications, and technical sales.
• Experience with government, corporate is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for products including construction, plantation, industrial, and agricultural equipment.
• Lead, manage, and motivate product & sales managers, dealer networks, and sales teams; set targets, pricing strategies, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with after-sales, service, parts, and branches teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reporting.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Maintain good rapport and handle dealings with principal suppliers
