Job summary

Kinta Press & Packaging (M) is seeking a production role to operate and monitor machinery, ensure quality, and follow safety procedures on the manufacturing floor. The position involves loading/unloading materials, collaborating with the team, and maintaining accurate records of output and downtime.

You will read orders and machine settings to ensure correct product output, perform basic maintenance, and promptly report issues to ensure continuous production with a clean, safe working

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor production machinery following schedules and targets.
• Perform routine quality checks and report defects.
• Adhere to PPE usage and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth workflow.
• Read and interpret orders and machine settings accurately.
• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records including output and downtime.
