Randstad Malaysia, a leading recruitment firm, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the in-house marketing team for a prestigious property developer. You will shape branding, campaign strategy, and sales integration across channels in the Klang Valley.

The role centers on developing road maps, managing budgets and KPIs, driving digital marketing and e-commerce growth, and forging relationships with key clients and financial institutions to secure project end-financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales & marketing experience within the property development industry, with a managerial track record.
• Proven experience launching high-rise residential developments within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive Sales & Marketing road maps, set team KPIs, and identify new market trends to refine product strategies.
• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and budget allocation while securing necessary statutory approvals.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives and e-commerce growth using market research and data analytics.
• Direct the sales force, manage budgets and forecasts, and build relationships with key clients and financial institutions to ensure project end-financing.
