Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years in shipping, logistics, or related industries.

• Ensure adherence to maritime regulations, safety standards, and sustainability goals.
• Holds full accountability and authorization for banking transactions and payment approvals, for both Principal & Subsidiaries level.
• Ensures financial integrity, cash flow management, and alignment with corporate financial policies through close collaboration with PIL Finance & Treasury.
• Company Directorship & Cross-Entity Coordination
• Acts as the appointed Director for all subsidiary companies under the Company.
• Provides governance oversight, aligns subsidiary goals with group strategy, and ensures regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Facilitates synergy between the parent company and subsidiaries.

MUST HAVE

• Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field
• 10+ years in shipping, logistics, or related industries.
• Possessing experience and a proven background in Malaysia domestic markets, as well as Intra-Asia trade will be regarded as a distinct advantage.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and global operations.
