Job summary

Global Fine Wood Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced operations leader to assist the General Manager in coordinating daily activities and translating strategic goals into actionable tasks for each department.

You will establish tracking mechanisms, oversee full implementation, and drive cross-department workflow optimization while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required
• Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay
• Valid Malaysian driving license

Responsibilities

• Set up tracking mechanisms and oversee full implementation process

• Engage with government agencies and strategic partners upon the General Manager's authorization
• Maintain key external relationships vital to the company's growth
• Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager

About you
