Job summary

Key duties include overseeing plastic injection molding and assembly, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, continuous improvement, and strong customer/supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Experience in plastic injection molding and assembly manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee plastic injection molding and assembly production activities.

Ensure production targets and customer delivery schedules are met.

Improve productivity, efficiency, and machine utilization.

Quality Management

Ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.

Reduce defects, scrap, and customer complaints.

Maintain compliance with ISO and other quality standards.

Manage factory budgets and operating costs.
