Megaforce Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support for daily production, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. You will work to improve processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency while validating IQ/OQ/PQ and supporting processing steps.

Provide technical support to Production for daily manufacturing and process-related issues.
Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Establish and validate manufacturing processes (IQ, PQ, OQ)
Support plastic injection molding, tooling, CNC machining, and equipment troubleshooting.
Act as the technical interface with customers’ R&D and engineering teams, supporting product development and NPI activities.
Review and clarify product specifications, drawings, design requirements, and manufacturability concerns; provide technical feedback and recommendations; coordinate product trials and validation; troubleshoot technical issues; and follow up on engineering changes to ensure customer requirements are effectively implemented and products meet quality and performance expectations.
Assist in the spray-painting process, including process setup, trial runs, and validation of suppliers’ processes.
Participate in supplier audits from an engineering perspective, focusing on technical issues, process capability, equipment, and related engineering requirements.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to ensure smooth operations.
Drive continuous improvement activities such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, reports, and process records.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Provide coaching and technical support to junior engineers and technicians.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in plastic injection molding, tooling, CNC, or precision manufacturing preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical capability.
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools is an advantage.
Able to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
