Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia's Kulai region seeks a General Manager to lead a plastics manufacturing facility. The GM is responsible for overall operation, hitting production targets, quality standards, delivery schedules, safety, and financial goals, while developing the factory team.

Key duties include overseeing plastic injection molding and assembly, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, continuous improvement, and strong customer/supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Experience in plastic injection molding and assembly manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plastic injection molding and assembly production activities.
