Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across Production, Sales, Accounts, Laboratory, and Administration functions.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and improve profitability.
• Manage production planning, workflow, productivity, quality control, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and drive sales activities, develop new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Manage laboratory operations, including quality standards, testing processes, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise administration functions, ensuring smooth office operations, documentation, and coordination.
• Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and employees to achieve performance objectives.
• Review business performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports, recommendations, and strategic updates to senior management.
• Oversee accounts and financial management, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and capable General Manager to oversee the company’s overall operations, including Production, Sales, Accounts, Laboratory, and Administration departments.
