What you'll be doing?

Strategic Planning: Define the company's vision and strategic plan, set targets, and analyze market trends to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Quality Management: Oversee operations, ensure ISO compliance, enforce quality systems, and drive continuous improvement to meet safety and performance standards.

Financial Oversight: Approve budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to ensure the company's financial health.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a senior management team, develop talent, and foster a culture of quality and compliance.

Supply Chain Management: Ensure a stable supply of compliant materials, manage supplier relationships, and mitigate supply risks.

Sales and Customer Relations: Manage key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong partnerships.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risks to protect the company's reputation and operations.

External Relations: Represent the company to stakeholders, manage public image, and lead important negotiations and projects.
