PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a motivated candidate for an entry-level accounting role in Johor. The role involves documenting and analyzing financial transactions, supporting audit and compliance processes, and assisting with new site setups and process changes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or have relevant experience, with strong communication, Excel skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

Responsabilités

• Document, compile, analyze entity financial transactions and reporting
• Manage procedures related to foreign entity audits and compliance reporting
• Assist with set-up of new site locations and business process changes
• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Participate in development projects, planning, testing, and implementation
• Perform special projects and other administrative tasks as necessary
