Job summary

Ormond Group is seeking a driven General Ledger Executive to join the Finance team in Malaysia. You will work closely with the Financial Controller to manage the general ledger, prepare journal entries, and support month-end and year-end closes across a multi-entity structure.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in accounting (ACCA) with familiarity of Malaysian accounting standards and tax statutes. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
• Familiar with Malaysian Accounting Standards and Income Tax Act.
• 1–2 years' experience in property management is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and process journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing to ensure timely financial statements.
