mnosys sdn bhd is seeking a diligent accounting professional to handle end-to-end bookkeeping, including recording entries, reconciling accounts, and generating financial statements in a Malaysian context.

Responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, supporting month-end close, audits, and ensuring compliance with tax requirements. This role supports data backups and procedural improvements within the accounting function.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and recording asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Maintaining and balancing accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries
• Summarizing financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Completing internal audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors
• Avoiding legal challenges by complying with legal requirements, including filing financial reports and preparing tax returns
• Securing financial information by completing database backups
• Supporting month-end and year-end close process
• Developing and implementing accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes
