What You’ll Do
- Manage end‑to‑end policy processing including new business, renewals, endorsements, amendments, and policy maintenance using Insight and insurer platforms.
- Provide and follow up on quotations, prepare documentation and correspondence for clients and underwriters, and ensure strong compliance through accurate file notes.
- Respond to enquiries and support the Senior Broker with timely client servicing and administrative tasks.
- Assist with debtor management, creation, and maintenance of client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Key Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or General Insurance Broker, with working knowledge of SME risks and insurer underwriting questions.
- Proficiency in the Insight Broking Platform and strong experience across Microsoft 365 programs, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Solid understanding of insurance principles, policy management, and client service within the general insurance industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Professional, customer‑focused, and proactive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within the team.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm local time) with a hybrid setup after 6 months on‑site probation.
- Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm local time) with a hybrid setup after 3 months on‑site probation.
