Job summary

INITIA GROUP is hiring gelato servers to deliver warm, friendly F&B service at multiple venues across The Gardens Mall, Sunway Pyramid, Sunway 163 Mall, and 1 Utama. No prior experience required; training will be provided. Excellent communication and customer service skills are valued; candidates should be flexible with 4 hours daily and at least one weekend shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service.
• Scoop and serve gelato accurately and attractively according to portion standards.
• Prepare gelato-based items (cones, cups, sundaes, affogatos, milkshakes).
• Refill display cases with gelato, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
• Monitor gelato stock levels and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including temperature control and storage standards.
• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in inventory checks and rotation (FIFO).
