You will receive structured training in gelato outlet operations, customer service, sales, inventory management, and team leadership, while under mentorship to prepare for future supervisory roles. Fresh graduates with a degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, or related fields are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, F&B, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in daily TOFU G outlet operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent gelato quality and presentation.
• Assist with staff coordination, shift duties, and team management.
• Monitor inventory, product availability, and stock handling.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and outlet targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and company standards.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and help improve the customer experience.
