Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of engineering processes.
Work closely with senior engineers to learn about production workflows, maintenance strategies, and process improvements.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering systems and products.
Learn and assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
