Job summary

The GMP Group in Malaysia is seeking a Management Trainee (Retail / F&B / Beauty Spa) to join a fast-growing lifestyle group led by a Korean client. The program offers structured training and hands-on exposure across retail, food & beverage, and beauty spa operations.

You will rotate through departments, gain kitchen exposure, ensure service standards, and participate in marketing campaigns while working shift-based hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about retail, F&B, Korean cuisine or beauty/spa industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training programme across retail, F&B, and spa operations
• Support daily kitchen operations including food preparation, hygiene checks and quality control
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
• Assist in cooking and plating Korean dishes, especially Samgyetang and grilled specialties
• Work closely with outlet managers to drive operational efficiency
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Education
