Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. invites a Management Trainee for D'Laksa at AEON IOI City Mall Putrajaya.

The program covers hands-on learning in operations, strategic planning, and customer service within a fast-paced food service setting. Trainees will support kitchen and dining areas and collaborate with store and AEON management. Candidates will gain exposure to daily sales analysis, quality control, and staff supervision while progressing through shift-based responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks

Responsibilities

• Learn in-depth knowledge regarding the company’s background, operation and participate in strategic planning.
• Ensure day-to-day operations and food preparation are carried out in accordance with the company SOP.
• Provide high-quality services to customers.
• Keep kitchen and sitting area clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Collaborate with management and AEON management.
• Maintain organized work area and supervise staff productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report sales performances weekly and aim to meet targets.
• Able to travel for outstation rotations.
