Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience in a globalbusiness services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end procurement process for GBS scope from requisition to purchase order creation on day to day basis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage procurement documentation and records.
Ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
Handle any quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline procurement processes.
Prepare and present procurement reports and analyses.
Track and report on key metrics.
Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
