Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end procurement process for GBS scope from requisition to purchase order creation on day to day basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage procurement documentation and records.
• Ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
• Handle any quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline procurement processes.
• Prepare and present procurement reports and analyses.
• Track and report on key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
• Invoice Resolution support to Invoice to Pay Team

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Process Management:
