Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING in Balakong, Selangor is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with an automation background to identify new clients, manage existing accounts, and develop long-term relationships.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery, negotiate tender terms, meet sales targets, and travel as needed. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Admin, E&E Eng, Mechanical Eng).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in software for presentations, costing, and quotations is preferred.
• Own vehicle and willing to travel outstations when necessary.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to take initiative.
• Willing to stay updated with market trends and technologies.
• Good problem-solving skills to support both customers and the company.
• Willing to assist colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle existing customers (while learning about the manufacturing process, costing etc).
• Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in relevant software for presentations, costing, and quotation preparation is preferred.
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstations as and when necessary
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to take initiative.
• Willing to take on challenges, think creatively, and stay updated with the latest market trends and technologies.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to support both customers and the company.
• Willing to assist and provide guidance to colleagues when needed.
