Job summary

PC Group is seeking a driven Sales & Application Engineer (Automation) to develop system solutions and proposals for process control instrumentation, PLC, SCADA and Industry 4.0. You will identify new customers, prepare quotations, and drive sales with the Sales Division Head.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in instruments/automation, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. Mandarin and English proficiency is a plus; opportunity for growth and regional exposure.

Qualifications

Degree in Electronic & Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
1–2 years of working experience in Instruments/Automation.
Fluent in Mandarin & English is an added advantage.
Good business communication, technical knowledge, business presentation and public speaking.
Willing to travel, able to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.

Responsibilities

Developing and delivering system solutions and support to clients.
Preparing proposals and quotations for process control instrumentation, SCADA, IIOT, MES or Industry 4.0.
Negotiating with clients to secure contracts/orders.
Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning sales.
Managing internal and external sales.
Marketing company’s products/solutions for local and overseas markets.
Developing sales plans to achieve growth and revenue with the Sales Division Head.
Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
Ensuring maximum sales of the organization’s products.

What Will You Be Doing?

Developing and delivering system solutions & support to clients.
